GUEST REQUIREMENTS

Complete the Truvi ID check sent by SMS/email within 48 hours.

Sign the rental agreement within 48 hours.

Your booking is only confirmed after:

Your rental agreement is signed, and

Your Truvi ID verification is approved

If either step is missed or not approved, your reservation will be cancelled.
💳 $500 Security Hold

A $500 refundable hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure (minus damages).⏰ Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
🎂 Age Requirement

Booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay.
👥 Guest Count

Provide an accurate guest count, and update us before arrival if anything changes.

Max occupancy: 20 guests(children & adults).
🚫 No Pets or Parties

No pets and no parties allowed at any time.
🚭 Smoking

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside or outside,
except in the designated smoking area in the front parking lot.
📜 Follow House Rules

All guests must follow the House Rules listed below.
📹 Cameras & Noise Monitoring
For safety and property protection:

Exterior security cameras, including a doorbell camera, monitor the areas around the lodge.

Noise monitoring devices (one indoors on the lower level and one outdoors) track decibel levels only — no audio recording.

No devices are in private areas.

Do not tamper with any cameras or monitors.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
💳 Payment

If your stay is more than 30 days away → 50% due at booking, remaining balance charged 30 days before arrival.

If your stay is within 30 days → full payment is due at booking.
⛔ Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 29+ days before arrival.

50% refund if cancelled 8–29 days before arrival.

No refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
-
48-hour free cancellation if arrival is at least 7 days away at the time of booking.
HOUSE RULES
1. Guests and Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is strictly 20 persons. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and will result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation and vacating,
- No parties, weddings, or commercial events are allowed.
- The individual named as the Guest must occupy the property for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
- All overnight guests must be registered. Discovery of unauthorized guests may result in additional fees or cancellation.
2. Quiet Hours and Respect
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- During this time, bring all conversations and social activity indoors. No outdoor music or loud disturbances are permitted.
- Repeated violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Safety and Prohibitions
- No pets inside or outside the cabin. Unauthorized animals will result in cleaning fees and possible eviction.
- Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area in the parking lot. Absolutely no smoking inside.
- Firearms, fireworks, explosives, ATVs, dirt bikes, or unauthorized open flames are prohibited.
- Do not disable, cover, or tamper with security cameras, smart locks, or Wi-Fi routers.
4. Fire Safety
- Fires are allowed only in approved fire pits and must be supervised by an adult until fully extinguished.
- Follow all Ohio burn bans (no burning 6 a.m.–6 p.m. during March–May and October–November).
5. Pool and Hot Tub Safety
- Use at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty.
- Minors under 18 must be directly supervised by an adult.
- No pets, glass, food, or foreign objects in the water.
- The pool cover may only be operated by adults (18+). Keep the pool covered when not in use.
- No refunds are issued for maintenance or weather interruptions.
6. Children
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water, stairs, decks, and the fire pit.
- Children under six (6) years of age may not use the top bunks.
